As of October 13, 2026, the official Xbox listing presents End of Abyss as a paid purchase, with no Game Pass inclusion shown. No Game Pass release date is confirmed in the official sources checked. On PC, the developer lists the Epic Games Store. Do not assume Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass includes the game just because it is available on Xbox and Windows.
Xbox Game Pass vs PC Game Pass
| Access route | Current evidence | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Xbox Series X|S purchase | Listed in the Xbox Store | Check your regional price and purchase listing. |
| Xbox Game Pass | No inclusion shown on the game listing checked | Confirm inclusion before subscribing for this game. |
| PC purchase | Epic Games Store is the developer-listed PC store | Use the official Epic listing. |
| PC Game Pass | No PC Game Pass release confirmed in the sources checked | An Epic purchase is separate from a PC subscription. |
The supported systems are PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC. Platform support tells you where the game runs; it does not establish a subscription entitlement. Our Xbox guide covers console details, while the PC guide covers hardware requirements.
What the official sources establish
The Xbox Store shows a US$29.99 purchase and identifies Xbox Series X|S support. The developer website lists PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Epic Games Store. Neither listing checked provides a Game Pass start date.
Xbox’s Game Pass catalog is the place to verify subscription entitlement. Its game list loads dynamically, so an empty text-only result is not evidence that a game is absent. Check the title in the live catalog or your Xbox app, with the correct region and plan selected.
Will End of Abyss come to Game Pass later?
There is no confirmed date in the official sources checked. A future deal remains an open question. The publisher being Epic Games Publishing does not prove that a subscription deal is impossible, and a release on Xbox does not prove that one is planned.
- Look for a dated announcement from Xbox, Section 9 Interactive or Epic Games Publishing.
- Check that the announcement names End of Abyss and specifies console, PC or both.
- Verify the game listing and your account’s entitlement on the announced date before buying a subscription for it.
Ways to play while subscription access is unconfirmed
Use the store for the device you own: Xbox Store for Series X|S, PlayStation Store for PS5, or Epic Games Store for PC. The PC release is not currently listed by the developer on Steam; the Steam status page covers the separate question of a future Steam release.
Before choosing, compare story and completion playtime, review the PC requirements, and check co-op support if you want to play with a friend.
