Every official source describes End of Abyss as a digital release. The PlayStation Store lists a single edition, the digital "PS5 Version," with no disc option. The developer's website links only to the PlayStation Store, Epic Games Store and Xbox Store.
The publisher press release reported by Gematsu mentions no physical, special or collector's edition. Game8's coverage says pre-orders are open on all digital storefronts, with no special editions mentioned.
What about retailer listings?
Some retailers, such as Play-Asia, show a product page labelled PS5. Neither Section 9 Interactive nor Epic has confirmed a boxed release, so treat these listings as unconfirmed. They could be digital codes or placeholder pages.
Before paying a retailer, check exactly what the listing includes and whether it ships a disc or a download code. If it does not state a confirmed physical product, the safest purchase is directly from the PlayStation Store.

Why it is digital-only for now
End of Abyss is a $29.99 debut from Section 9 Interactive, a studio of about nine people. It is published by Epic Games Publishing, and every sales channel announced so far is a digital storefront. That fits a smaller, lower-priced release.
No boxed release has been announced by any label. This page will be updated if one is.
The download is small
If storage is your reason for wanting a disc, End of Abyss is compact. The Xbox Series X|S version lists a maximum install size of about 5.98 GB, and the PC version needs about 5.29 GB of SSD space. The PS5 size has not been separately published.
Are there any other editions?
No. There is no deluxe, collector's or limited edition on any platform. The only pre-order extras are the PS Plus discount on PS5 and the free Fortnite Cel Outfit for Epic Games Store buyers on PC.

Is the digital version worth it?

What the digital PS5 version includes
The PS5 version is the full game: a single-player, top-down twin-stick sci-fi horror adventure with Metroidvania progression. It supports DualSense vibration and adaptive triggers, and offers accessibility options such as adjustable stick sensitivity, subtitles and offline pausing. It is rated ESRB Teen for Blood and Violence.
